The Adventure Picked Us

We are the Christensen Family and the founders of Summerhill Farm. We love the outdoors, sunshine, growing things, playing in beautiful Lake Chelan, and meeting good-hearted people.

As a third-generation family farmer, Kene spent the past 15 years farming in the Columbia Basin. Jill was born and raised on the 160-acre property that makes up Summerhill Farm. Through a series of serendipitous circumstances, we've been blessed to take ownership of Summerhill Farm and develop it into an RV Park and Agri-Tourism venue.

When describing the decision to retire from commercial farming and start this endeavor, we like to say the adventure picked us!  

Our hope is to give families and individuals a place to connect with their agricultural roots and make beautiful memories together in a place that is best described as God's Country.
